Vendor Managed Inventory

As Fitzpatrick Mfg. Co. has increased our customer base, our vendor managed inventory has proven to be very successful and accepted by our customer base.  Just a few years back, we had three customers who were considered vendor managed inventory customers; we now have seven customers for whom we manage inventory.  The growth of this section of our business model has dictated our reorganization of our inventory system.  We have redesigned our inventory storage area, as well as purchased a Raymond Easi Reach Truck model # R30TT narrow aisle forklift.  This redesign has allowed us to add enough space for roughly 660 crates, doubling our avalible inventory space.
