Our team employs leading edge CNC software and techniques to perform hard milling on parts up to 58 HRC. This advanced machining technique uses very high feed rates but small depths of cut. In many cases, hard milling is significantly more efficient than grinding and allows us to follow complicated radii or contours, achieving very close tolerances and surface finishes.
