Using the latest in CNC programming software, techniques, and special tooling, we are able to perform CNC engraving using our CNC milling machines. We can engrave material up to 58 HRC. Customers choose engraving to create a permanent mark for many high wear items or parts that have a regular maintenance schedule with subsequent processing such as vapor cleaning or shot peening. Just as with laser marking, we have the ability to engrave part numbers, logos, and serial numbers. Because of our special engraving process, our engraved characters do not have sharp corners, thus eliminating concerns of stress concentrations.
