CONGRATULATIONS, TEAM! We have just passed our 6 month surveillance ISO audit; this is second audit of the 2015 standard. Our ISO auditor was extremely impressed with the overall level of organization at our facility and the systematic approach and implementation of Kaizens into our organization. He was also very impressed with how feedback from interested parties (team members, customers, and suppliers) are used as steering tools to guide system improvements.
