Fitzpatrick Mfg. Co. finished the second quarter of 2016 with sales being flat. While Fitzpatrick serves roughly 12 different sectors of industry, we have seen some sectors experience three quarters of declining sales. This downturn seems to be affecting many areas of industry. We remain hopeful for things to improve in the second half of the year. Our strong financial position allows us to continue to improve our shop, making changes and process improvements. We have also been investigating new technologies and machines that will better position us for the upturn that is inevitable. We are determined to emerge from the current lull as a successful and stronger company.
