In mid-June, Fitzpatrick Manufacturing will undertake a massive rebuild and reorganization of one of our internal machining divisions. This reorganization is a further refinement of our lean system as well as an enhancement of our manufacturing floor. This project involves moving fifteen pieces of CNC equipment to position the machines in an ergonomic, efficient manner based upon the 5S concept.
